Admission Requirements:
General Entry Requirements:
1) Marine Engineering:
• A-level in 2 subjects or Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent 12 years schooling preferably with Mathematics and Physics. • Age limit (17- 23 years). • Height min. 5 ft 2 inches • Swimming skills.
2) Marine Nautical Science:
• A-level in 2 subjects or Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent 12 years schooling preferably with Mathematics and Physics. • Age limit (17- 23 years). • Eye Sight 6/6 • Height min. 5 ft 2 inches • Swimming skills.
3) Child Care Management:
• Between 19 to 26 years of age. • A-level in 2 subjects or Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent 12 years schooling preferably in any discipline. • Non-Smoker. • Sound Health. • Amiable Personality.
4) ACCA: (progression through HND in Accounting).
• A-level or Higher Secondary Certificate (12 years schooling) or or equivalent 12 years schooling preferably in any discipline.
English Language Proficiency:
• Applicants whose first language is not English, have to meet a minimum skill of the English language. • A grade of 5 in IELTS or any equivalent examination. • Have to qualify an English test set by the college.
* Medical fitness certificate mentioning above points from a registered medical practitioner.
Admission procedure for Intl Students:
STEP-1:
Applicants should provide the following documents for admission to Cambridge College by courier service or e-mail attachment. A “LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE” will be issued to the selected applicants.
• All Academic Certificates. • All academic Transcripts. • Four copies of Photographs (2 copies passport size & 2 copies stamp size) • Proposed Field of Study. • Photocopy of Passport.
STEP-2:
On receipt of the “LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE”,
• The candidate shall obtain police clearance certificate from his home country and send to us through e-mail attachment followed by certified copies to process “study visa”. • Students shall have to pay one year tuition fees, in advance, by Bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) to the following address:

Food & Lodging:
Food & accommodation charges per month, including 03 meals a day, would be around US 100$, US 60$ per month may be needed for personal expenditure.
• The college has arrangements with good book & stationery suppliers, who shall make available required textbooks on payment. (Approximately US$ 600).
• The International students shall have to pay US$ 150, in order to avail airport-reception service.
Accommodation:
For Local Students:
• Accommodation will be arranged in the near vicinity of the campus by the college authority.
• Accommodation will be mandatory for all the applicants (except ACCA)
• A registration fee of Tk. 4000 will be charged during admission (for local students).
• A six month Food & Lodging fee (Tk. 6,000 x 6) = 36,000 has to be paid in advance, every six months (for local students).
For International Students:
• A registration fee of US 100$ will be charged during admission (for Intl students).
• A six month Food & Lodging fee (US$ 100 x 6) = 600 US$ has to be paid in advance, every six months (for Intl. students).

Terms and Conditions for Enrollment:
• Applicants are required to sign on their application form, that they have read, understood and consented to the terms and conditions of enrollment at Cambridge College.
• A student shall be enrolled for the period for which tuition fees have been paid.
• Tuition fees for the following session must be paid before the commencement of class.
• Late registration may be considered with in 30 days with a compensation of 10% on the term fees.
Withdrawal of Admission:
• If an applicant wishes to withdraw from the course, with in 20 days from admission date, 50% of the tuition fees may be refunded.
Personal Information:
• Information held on students files including attendance records, academic progress reports etc. belongs to Cambridge College. This information may be given to authorized government departments but will not be made available to students, the general public or third parties.
• By enrolling at Cambridge College, the student agrees that information relating to academic performance may be made available to their parents or guardians or educational institutions for further progression.

Health Centre:
The College has arrangements with famous Hospitals situated near the campus. Our Helpdesk officers will be more than pleased to deliver advice covering medical treatment, ill health, accidents, sports injuries and other health related issues. Once an applicant is registered with the health center they can make appointment at our regular doctor’s at the Hospital.
Books and Stationeries:
• The college has arrangements with good book & stationery suppliers, who shall make available required textbooks on payment. (Approximately US$ 600).
• Reference books shall be available at college library for study purpose.
Airport Reception Service:
• The International students shall have to pay US$ 150, in order to avail this service.
• A representative from the College will receive the students at the airport and assist them to complete all the required formalities.
• Temporary arrangements may be made in a residential hotel in the near vicinity of the College for three days. The service charge is inclusive of room rent and food for the said time (If necessary).
